FAQ
Delivery time for merchandise depends on the distance of the delivery location, the delivery time may take between 3-5 working days. Carrier Spedisjon keeps the merchandise in their custody after is tested and inspected by our team. The delivery process will start after the buyer will provide us all the necessary information.
The costs related to the shipping process are covered by the seller. Therefore, the buyer can reject the merchandise without any additional cost.
The buyer can reject the merchandise if the goods are not as expected and the buyer can request Carrier Spedisjon to start the cancellation process. Since the payment will not be released to the seller until the merchandise is considered sold, the entire amount which has already been paid will be returned to the buyer without additional fees.
Inspection period is the specified amount of time agreed by both parties, allowing the buyer to examine the merchandise after receipt. The Inspection period selected by the seller can vary between 1 to 30 days. The Inspection period begins when Carrier Spedisjon receives the confirmation that the merchandise has been delivered. The buyer must accept or reject the goods within this period.
Payment for the merchandise may vary depending on the value of the merchandise and must be made in advance by Bank Wire Transfer. Bank Wire Transfer offers security and safety for both parties (sender & recipient).
